VISA & TRAVEL
VISA
Citizens of all countries require a valid passport (valid for at least six months) to visit India and an appropriate visa. Delegates coming for the CoPGS2019 are advised to kindly consult the Indian Embassy and Consulate services in their home country regarding the visa required for attending the Symposium, since the requirements may vary from country to country.

YELLOW FEVER
Passengers travelling to and from YF endemic countries (countries where Yellow Fever disease is persisting) are required to be in possession of a "VALID YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CERTIFICATE" issued by authorized and designated vaccination centers in India. GOVT. PERMISSIONS
All the necessary permissions and clearances have been obtained by COPASAH Symposium Secretariat for the event from the Ministry of External Affairs (GOI), Ministry of Home Affairs (GOI) and the nodal Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (GOI). All the invited participants will be provided the copy of the govt. permission letters.

INVITATION LETTERS
The delegates will receive the invitation letters as they complete the registration process.
